My wife and I had a virtual tour during the COVID 19 pandemic. Raul from the Orlando, FL was our salesman and was extremely helpful and professional through the whole experience. Given it being “virtual” we didn’t know what to expect, but Raul hit a home run and walked us through the whole process and worked within our budget as professional as possible.
